These Terms and Conditions define the rules and conditions under which GetYourRide provides a passenger transport booking and intermediary service connecting clients with licensed taxi and/or VTC drivers.
Client: any individual or legal entity using GetYourRide services.
Driver: an independent third-party professional licensed as a taxi or VTC driver.
Services: booking and connection services for passenger transport.
Pre-booking: any transport request made prior to driver assignment, in accordance
with French Transport Code regulations.
Bookings may be made via the GetYourRide website, by phone, or through any other communication channel provided. Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
GetYourRide acts solely as a booking intermediary. Drivers are independent contractors and are not employees of GetYourRide. The passenger transport contract is concluded directly between the Client and the Driver.
Prices are communicated prior to the ride. For taxi services, prices may be indicative and subject to the regulated taximeter. For VTC services, prices are fixed unless the Client requests a route change. Payment is made directly to the Driver.
GetYourRide is bound by an obligation of means only. Full responsibility for the execution, safety and quality of the transport service lies with the Driver who accepted the booking.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Clients have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France.
